>> reporter: will the saying goes prepare for the worst and hope for the best. that's a lot of commuters mind set. the two sides agreed to expand worker contracts through august 4th. both sides are born into too much detail as to what holding up the deal but big issues throughout these negotiations are pay, employee benefit contributions and safety concerns. with just nine days ago, commuters say they need both sides to get a deal done. >>: my message to be worked together. i can see why both sides want what they want. then i think number one is very unfair and i think there issues are relatively question of all and there's no reason why a handful of people should be able to intervene and to thousands.

one of the suspects punched the woman in the face, tied her up and held a gun to her head. she was dragged into the closet, and hit in the head. a neighbor says immediately after the incident, he warned his wife to be extra careful when home alone. >>: i did when i get her scared. i gave her an idea where to go and to make sure she keeps herself on with her and called 911. until that happens around the area that you live band, then you start worrying about it. >>mark:the victim says she never saw the second suspect. the home was ransacked. but the victim isn't sure if anything was taken. so far, no arrests have been made. >>darya:meantime, police are in a home invasion robbery in fremont. it happened last night. police say a man with a gun rang the doorbell and pepper sprayed a woman who answered the door. the man then forced himself inside the home. four people, including two children, who were inside the house were able to escape.

the swat team and police closed down streets in the area for several hours to search for the suspect. he is described as a hispanic male in is 30's with a long ponytail, goatee, and tattoos above both eyebrows. >>mark:new this morning, egypt's state news agency says ousted president mohammed morsi has been detained. a judge apparently ordered his detention over alleged contact with hamas to help break out dozens of muslim brotherhood leaders, including morsi himself back in 2011. the announcement comes after an army chief called for mass demonstrations today to oppose what he called "terrorism". a clear reference to the muslim brotherhood. the brotherhood has also called for mass protests today. >>darya: washington say the lincoln memorial is temporarily closed after someone splattered green paint on the statue and the floor area. here is a picture we just got in of the incident. the vandalism was discovered early this morning. as you can see, no words,

>>mark: new details and the aaron hernandez case. all 30 state surveillance photos show him holding a gun just moments before and after his friend was shot to death. these photos taken from fernandezes home surveillance system are the public's first look at images apparently showing hernandez holding a gun before and after the killing. hernandez has pleaded not guilty to murder and the death of odin lloyd. lloyd's body was found last month in an industrial park about a mile from hernandez home. hernandez is the associate ernest wallace is scheduled to appear in court today. >>darya: we are getting very different perspectives from a juror on the panel that acquitted george zimmerman earlier this month. juror b- 29s said she wanted to convict zimmerman, there just wasn't enough evidence to prove he was guilty. she fills that the former neighborhood watch volunteer got away with murder. derby

>>darya: welcome back. there are new details in the child molestation case involving a y-m-c-a daycare worker. kron four news has learned that the suspect has worked at multiple locations, not just the one site at the center of the investigation. nicholas lhermine is facing 4 -felony counts including possession of child pornography. police investigators say hot they are reviewing other crimes for possible prosecution. in addition, investigators have sent out 26-hundred letters to parents. lhermine worked for the ymca in morgan hill for 4 years. his mother also works for the y as an administrator. she is currently on leave pending the outcome of the case.

richmond city leaders have hired a law firm because they plan to sue chevron for the massive fire at the refinery last august. this is video of the refinery fire which sent thousands of people to the hospital. the city council voted to hire a burlingame firm to file the lawsuit. victims of the 2010 san bruno pipeline explosion. the city has agreed to pay up to 500- thousand dollars for the law firm's services. the firm will receive up to money awarded by chevron. tonight, officials in santa clara county will begin ground fogging in the berryessa neighborhood. that's where for the first
